Leaving Beaver and heading North on I-15 June.

Were Here for Two nights. No sewer but 50 amp and good water. 15 Dollars per night and Paved Sites.

Several Pull through sites and many back in sites. Quick guess 30 some sites in all about 6 or so pull troughs. Paved and Level.

Rock Creek runs through the park. Weeping willow Background. BTW Temp is in the low 70's and will be in the 50's and no humidity.

Daisy loves the walking Paths and cool weather and Grass!

Not in this Photo but I saw a River Otter here but did not have the camera. Campground in Background.

We did a Wall mart/Win co Run later in the Day. Heading Back we went over the Snake River Canyon and this takes you breath away.

This is the Bridge over the Canyon heading to I-84. Someday we will return and spend more time here. Twin Falls is a collage town muck like Moscow where we are heading. I will do a new post with Becky and Lonnie tomorrow.
After a great day yesterday in Beaver Utah, we are heading North on I-15. Most likely Boondock I said to Bea there is a Cabala's North but 170 miles is too close in her book but will see. The Great news for us is the cooler weather! More to Come. Well we Decided to fuel up at Flying J in Beaver before our trip North. Well a Service Guy was walking by our rig and noticed how badly worn our front tires were in the sides towards the sidewall, Well Took it to a tire store there and it turns out Front Tires were so badly worn and started to Destruct as in Blow out! We decided there and now to have tires replaced. After the old tires were removed I was in Shock looking at them! Made it this Far, So new tires and stems and graphite balance media was installed on the rig. Was planning on Les Schwab in Oregon, Oh well only paid twice for new Cooper fresh tires as fate would have it. Wont go there on how much we spent and would not take a photo as I was too shook up. Call it Karma or fate but this is behind us now. We drove around 250 miles to a Truck Stop overnight and had a great rest at The Cross Roads of 1-15 and I-84. Rig Tire temps were over 20 degrees cooler then the old Goodyear G670 RV. Tires. The next morning added a little more air for my safety cushion and the tire monitor showed good readings going to Twin Falls Idaho. Boomer Friends Becky and Lonnie live here as a home base so Thanks to them we are doing two nights at Rock Creek Campground! Here are some Photos, Tomorrow we will spend the day and they will show us around. More to Come.

Living Room will Re-do Curtains later.

We are lucky a full size Bath Room.

Bed Room has a full length Desk.

Our Newly Planted Sisso Tree. In the Fall will have Pavers installed.
This winter season has been great. We have been Country Roads since 2005 have decided to Purchase a Park Model Alternative. Largest of the single homes it is 16 feet wide By 40 foot deep. Real Estate in Yuma like Elsewhere has dropped. Our Canadian neighbors when they get in their 80's the Supp. Health Insurance is to high in dollars for them. The owners have put their place on the market. On a whim we bought it. The unit is a 2006 model. Its on a green Belt and is pit set. No steps to walk up into the home. Photos to come soon. We plan on moving in this coming April 2nd. It faces west with a car port facing north. Its a basic one bed with one bath. Cavco is the name and is a middle of the line built home. We will be one street from the east satellite pool so we can walk to the pool with showers and laundry. The place is plumbed for a stack washer and dryer and in time will purchase one. Being on the road since 1995 the time is right with high fuel prices. We will stay in the park longer but will keep the RV and lot. We for now will rent out the lot and store the rig up the street while its rented. The neat thing is I will keep our rig on the lot till its rented. Since the rig has solar the battery's wont be an issue. Plan on putting in pavers to fill in the gravel spots and will have parking for friends. Also when our Boomer Friend's come they now can park in the Clubhouse parking lot as were near the Main Clubhouse. I can sleep better now knowing if something happens to me Bea will have a place. More of our Boomer family is buying lots in the Yuma Foothill's. We are blessed as Yuma is a smaller size city but with everything we need. Again stay Tuned as in a Few weeks will show photos of the outside of our new place. Like you we are Blessed with this lifestyle!
