The wooden fence I put up over ten years ago still stands also there use to be a big pine tree on the neighbors side I guess the storms wiped it out along with all the Ficus trees that grew in the Median where I'm standing

The Folks that bought it from Mom fixed it up but Rent it out after they lived in it a while we moved in in 1965
